1. User & License Management

Adding Users

  1. Log in to Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  2. Go to Users > Active users
  3. Click "Add a user"
  4. Fill in details (First name, Last name, Display name, Username)
  5. Auto-generate password or create one
  6. Assign product license (e.g., Microsoft 365 Business Standard)

Group Management

Types of groups:

2. Exchange Online Configuration

Mailbox Management

  1. Access Exchange Admin Center
